  2. Access to the Members Only Training App with tutorial videos and detailed explanations of complete form and technique
  3. Customised training protocol based on your fitness levels, training experience, injury history, medical conditions, etc. (Detailed questionnaire will be provided for the same)
  4. 1 Comprehensive physical assessments via video Call (Strength, Flexibility, Mobility)
  5. Short term + Long term personalised goal setting (Training related)
  6. Weekly progress tracking in terms of – Flexibility, strength, execution and mobility – Done via weekly video calls or through videos sent by clients for feedback
  7. Customised nutrition protocol based on your fitness/activity levels, training experience, preference, budget, convenience, lifestyle etc. (Detailed questionnaire will be provided for the same)
  8. Tracking your current lifestyle to create an understanding of the changes that need to be made.
  9. Short term + Long term personalised goal setting (Nutrition related)
  10. Weekly progress tracking in terms of – Progress pictures, weighing scale numbers, your energy levels, performance levels, tape measurements, overall lifestyle improvements – Done via weekly video calls or through videos sent by clients for feedback

How it works:

  1. Put in an enquiry with your concerns in the enquiry form below.
  2. Once we receive your enquiry form, we will send you an email with the pricing of the programmes along with a coaching questionnaire that we expect you to fill.
  3. We expect you to fill up the coaching questionnaire in as much detail so we have a better idea of you as a person and your lifestyle.
  4. Once you have filled up the form, you will hear back from us as soon as possible.
